By setting aside some time each day, even 20 minutes, to just relax, you’ll become a happier, healthier and more functional you! Read, meditate, play outside, or just stare off into space. There is no way you can take on the world if you’ve been up for 48 hours straight, fueled by nothing but black coffee and gummy bears. It’s simply unsustainable! Restore your body, rejuvenate your mind, and relax your thoughts. Breathing is also a powerful tool that can impact your well-being by reducing stress and anxiety, and even lowering blood pressure. So if nothing else, be sure to schedule in some time to just sit and breathe while you go through the motions of an overbooked college student!
