TG has built an organization grounded in mobilizing youth to become active around the issues that directly impact personal and environmental health. With resources, powerful online and offline programs, lifestyle and campus initiatives, and strong leadership and mentorship opportunities, TG helps facilitate the transition from conventional to conscious living in collaboration.
The TG team will guide and motivate students around sustainability platforms, support them to plan impactful projects, engage key people and resources, and help with the implementation of youth-driven initiatives on campuses. When students see that they can directly affect small and large scale change, they are likely to carry this strong sense of responsibility and stewardship into a global framework.
TG programs prompt the sharing of vision and tactics among students, faculty and staff, across campuses globally inspiring a generation of collaborative leaders and scaling positive impact.

Each year, TG selects two outstanding individuals to become Fellows – campaign members who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a commitment to a healthy, just, and thriving planet. This year, we have awarded these honors to Megan Fuerst, rising Junior at The Ohio State University and President of the TG Student Advisory Board and Taylor Murphy, who just graduated from Purdue University.
We have a team of 25 brilliant interns this summer and together we will change the world! We seek creative, innovative, and inspired students willing to take on any challenge, work collaboratively – and work hard, to help inform, inspire and mobilize as they lead the change they wish to see in our world.
