Project Green Challenge
Summer interns work on all parts of PGC from school outreach and student communication to materials design, database updates, planning and writing challenges, marketing/pr, strategy, prize curating, speaker bookings, and more. You can put your skills to use or learn new ones. PGC is ideal for passionate, fast-moving, adaptable, and ambitious students who have the ability to work independently and with a team.
Communications (PR/Marketing/Social Media)
Help develop and execute the TG Communications Plan, PR, marketing strategy, and developing social media content for TG platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.), writing press releases, writing blogs, and media outreach.
Support the development team with grant writing, donor research/outreach, database communication, newsletter design/writing, and more. This is open to students and adults with experience and/or interest in this field.
Support office manager with bookkeeping, finance, donor relations, media and marketing, administration, etc. Update electronic files. Gain important office, data management and problem-solving skills that are critical for any job! This is open to students and adults with experience and/or interest in this field.
Help TG manage and update the website with fresh content, photos, and links. Design and create new web toolkits, templates, logos, wireframes, and other creative digital artwork.

Internships are open to high school, college or grad school students with knowledge about and interest in conscious living.
Time & Place:
Internships take place in the summer and during the school year, from your home base remotely or at our TG Headquarters in Sausalito, California.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
Good communication skills, ability to use social media, basic html and WordPress, photo/video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro), good writing skills, work well as a team.
Positions are unpaid, but offer a fast-paced, creative learning atmosphere for those interested in non-profit program development and management, hands-on education, and environmental advocacy.

Over the course of the year, interns work side by side with TG staff on Project Green Challenge, Conscious College Road Tour, The Conscious Kitchen, and other student driven projects.
